About me
Having spent my 20s working in a variety of west-end PR agencies in London, I moved to rural France at the age of 34, with my then very young family, in search of what I perceived to be 'the good life'. Glossing over the importance of a steady income, we patched things together and built a rooted, if sometimes chaotic, family life.
Living slightly off the beaten track, and to some extent as an outsider, has led to me living life with a certain kind of freedom that is not without its charm. A lover of connection and humanity, I think people are amazing and adore being part of someone's journey of discovery. I strongly believe that connection to your inner, higher self leads to a world of satisfaction, success and pleasure which can't be attained in any other way, and even better - is uniquely tailored to you!
Having worked in a senior management position here in France for around a decade - using my PR skills to head the marketing department of an international real estate agency, I decided to shift my focus of understanding from the macro to the micro and trained with iPEC to become a ICF (International Coaching Federation) qualified life coach. A decision which has enriched and broadened my quality of life more than I could have imagined.
I have always lived my life on my own terms with respect, open mindedness and a cheeky sense of fun. I am a Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher; have an incisive intuitive understanding of human behavior; have managed departments and run teams; believe fiercely in inclusion and diversity as strength and am a wife and mother of two teenagers.
