So how does it all work?

The first thing to do is book a free, no obligation curiosity session, which you can do through the contact section of this site. This will allow you get a feel for whether this is something that you want to pursue. This session is very much an introduction to coaching, explaining it and giving you a taste of what is to come!

Following this, if you would like to progress, we will discuss how you would like to be coached and what kind of package suits you best.

Packages are flexible and tailored to your needs, but generally range from 100-150 euros per session (depending on ability to pay) and come with a 10% discount if you book 10 or more sessions. We will usually start our relationship with with an ELI™ (Energy Leadership Index) reading which helps you to understand your unique blend of energy and is free if you book more than three sessions.

I will tailor make your individual package considering your specific desires and situation. All of this will be discussed and agreed before we start our relationship, but after the complimentary curiosity session.
