So how does it all work?

The first thing to do is book a free introduction session, which you can do through the contact section of this site. This will allow you get a feel for whether this is something that you want to pursue. We can discuss how you would like to be coached and what type of coaching package is best for you.

Each package is tailored to you and your needs and desires. We always start our relationship with with a energy attitude index which helps you to understand your unique blend of energy.

I recommend that it is best to have at least 5 sessions in addition to the complimentary discovery session and the energy index session. This can be discussed before we start our relationship.

5 session package (following intro session and energy reading) - 800euros

7 session package (following intro session and energy reading) - 1000 euros (10% reduction)

10 session package (following intro session and energy reading) - 1300euros (15% reduction)

All packages can be discussed and created to suit your needs and requirements.
